Q. I can't log in.  It says invalid username or password.

A: Sometimes the browser will try to remember your username and password.  Make sure you delete any autocomplete entries and try again.

Q. I can't log in.  It just refreshes my screen.  There is no error.

A: Our website requires a SSL capable browser as well as Cookies and Scripting to be enabled.  The most common complaint is third party firewall software disabling Cookies.  Here are some helpful hints:

Here are the recommended settings for Internet Explorer:

Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Default Level.
If that does not work try setting it to "Allow All cookies" to see if that fixes the problem.  If so you can set it back to Medium and add our website with the Sites button.

Tools>Internet Options>Security>Internet>Default Level

As a last resort try:
Tools>Internet Options>General>Delete Files and Delete Cookies.  It's possible you cache could be full.

If this does not work then you probably have third party software which is disabling your Cookies.  firewall, antivirus, and popup ad blocking software can all disable Cookies.  Have your Network Administrator adjust the settings to allow Cookies for our website.  This software could be installed on your PC or on a server.   Note, this test is not fool proof.  It's possible the Authentication cookie is not being read correctly or is corrupted.

Make sure the clock on your computer is set correctly.  The wrong time can expire your cookie.

You can also try another browser.  Firefox is highly recommended.

Last resort, try booting the computer in safe mode.
