Asset Searches

Motnik has created a system to link the property appraisal records to the Recorders Office. This allows a unified process to find the owners of a property, search the loans outstanding on it, then perform a title search on the plat all from one original search. This is just one example where Motznik's staff has worked with customers to continuously improve our products and make our customers more efficient at their jobs.
