Hot Keys are keyboard short cuts to enable you to use the keyboard instead
of the mouse.  Use tab to scroll down and shift-tab to scroll up, enter to select.
We tried to replicate the old system as closely as possible.  Unfortunately we could
not use the Function Keys because the browser uses them for other tasks.
