• State and county criminal record repositories from most states and counties in the US – (link to coverage area)
• State sex offender registries
• Prison, parole and release files from state Department of Corrections, Administrative Office of Courts, and other state agencies

National Criminal Search returns the following information:
• Offense
• Date
• County in which the offense occurred

We recommend that you perform a County Criminal Search for all known addresses and use the National Criminal Search to provide additional protection against potential records in other jurisdictions not disclosed by the applicant. County Criminal Searches should also be requested when records are found using the National Criminal Search to ensure FCRA compliance.
